We are happy to launch our first wordpress pluggin Universal Feed Aggregator ( Buy Universal Feed Aggregator here )

Universal Feed Aggregator: What’s Inside

Universal Feed Aggregator pulls content from many feeds into WordPress. It keeps things organized, fast, and easy to manage. Here are the main parts.

1) Sources

Add RSS, Atom, or JSON feeds. Set how often each source updates.

2) Scheduler

Pick a refresh rate (every 5 minutes, hourly, daily). The plugin staggers jobs so your site stays responsive.

3) Mapping to WordPress

Choose where items go:

  • Post type (Posts, Pages, or a Custom Post Type)
  • Status (draft or published)
  • Author and categories/tags

4) Smart Categorization

Use simple rules (keywords, source, language) to auto-assign categories and tags.

5) Duplicate Control

The plugin detects duplicates by checking IDs, URLs, and titles. It keeps your lists clean.

6) Images & Thumbnails

It tries enclosures first, then metadata, then content fallback. You can cache images and set sizes.

7) Limits & Cleanup

Keep only what you need:

  • Limit items per source
  • Auto-delete by age or count

8) Logs & Debug (Hidden)

Turn on logging to see what happened during imports. Useful for slow or broken feeds.

9) Analytics

A small dashboard shows:

  • How many items were imported
  • Which sources are healthy or failing
  • How long imports take

10) Re-syndication (Export)

Create a clean RSS feed from your aggregated content so other apps or partners can subscribe.

11) Simple Admin UI

Everything lives under one menu: Universal Feed Aggregator. Clear lists, filters, and bulk actions.

12) Developer Hooks

Actions and filters let developers tweak mapping, cleanup, and output.

Quick Start (3 steps)

  1. Install and activate the plugin.
  2. Add a feed URL and set the schedule.
  3. Map items to a post type and pick categories.

That’s it. You now have a reliable way to collect content and publish it in WordPress with control and clarity.
